Patch American Conquest Edizione Oromo

Are there any active Devs on this thing for AC still? I did a report thing to Steam or through Steam to the owners or people in charge of putting AC up on Steam but if its long running issue from Win 8 even maybe there is not much hope unless not enough people have reported the issue throguh the alternative methods?

  1. Patch American Conquest Edizione Oromoin

Otherwise maybe if there are any dedicated people who run AC through other sites? Like this amazing site called Forged Alliance Forever (Supereme Commander for anyone unknowing of this) where they have a total dedication to mods, updates, compatibility patching et al all for this one awesome game. Looked like there was no fix here yet, so I figured I'd share what I did to get AC:FB to work on Windows 10. I kept getting the resolution popup glitch that others have described, and now I can run this game (as well as the other old AC and Cossacks games) in my native 1600x900 resolution. I assume the black screen the OP described is related.

In the Steam Library, right click on the game - properties - local files - browse local files. Right click on 'dmcr.exe' and click troubleshoot compatibility. This will take you through a wizard and will apply compatibility settings based on your computer and the game itself. Do the same for 'dmln.exe' - both are in the same directory. Hope it works for you. Originally posted by:Looked like there was no fix here yet, so I figured I'd share what I did to get AC:FB to work on Windows 10.
