Everything was still hooked up I just downloaded the 10.9.app version from somewhere and put it in my program folder (where appstore would have put it when finished downloading) and just used Unibeast (latest version) to make a bootable usb stick. Launched it (without alteration on my mobo as I have an Unlocked version I don't need to disable VT-d) (load defaults to make sure everything works) and booted the usb stick with -v GraphicsEnabler=No I didn't try anything else before that and I was able to get to the install screen. After that I managed to install it get on OSX after rebooting and installed a no DSDT and installed all drivers. After this first boot it worked but then I noticed the sound didn't work correctly so I've run DCPIManager (for Mountain Lion) and rebuild the cache/fixed permission for my audio driver. Then re-run and only selected the correct ALC898 driver from Multibeast and after this reboot it worked! So now everything works fine and I'm good to go!

Still in 10.9 but unless I see anything new from TonyMac with a new unibeast update I won't be upgrading. In disk utility (recommend dping it from the thumb drive osx installer) create a disk image of your boot drive. Then go through the update process via app store or the combo updater recommended by tonymac and see if you still get the same problem. If so then use the usb stick to restore your boot drive from the image you created. Also you'll need a hard drive or external had drive to save this image to that is also mac formatted.
Not sure if windows drives can be read/written to the same way. I had a friend who still had an old version of the APP on his hard drive (he tends to keep it to boot to different OSX versions idk why though) After research and also helping someone else I did find a torrent from the 10.9 version which worked for the person I helped. So my best bet is or to wait for a new multibeast (although I do hear for some people it worked without a problem so you might want to post on tonymac's forum or something) or download an older version via a torrent site.
